A valuable art exhibition, a lively music festival, or a high-profile business meeting all have very different requirements and tasks in terms of security and the protection of property and people. We have the experience and the resources to keep risks to a predictable level at any event.

Event, trade fair, and exhibition security

Events, trade fairs, and exhibitions place special demands on the security concept. Security patrols securing the premises with dogs at the request of the organizer are not uncommon here. Frequent tasks also include ticket, baggage, and personal checks, theft protection, surveillance, and first aid.

Theft protection is preferably carried out by undercover B.P.S. employees in plain clothes. The friendly presence of B.P.S. makes visitors feel safe and secure.

Access control

We prevent the ever-increasing propensity for violence by checking people and their belongings. Some visitors to an event may find this unpleasant, but many will also understand that it is for their own protection. Ticket and stamp checks can also be combined with personal checks. This is becoming increasingly necessary, as some people carry items with them that should actually be left at home. Therefore, in consultation with the event organizer, we search relevant individuals for illegal narcotics and weapons.

Security

Your property is supervised by our employees and continuously monitored through patrols. This can include various tasks, e.g., security for fairgrounds and other areas, or securing exhibition tents, sound systems, bars, new cars, etc. With trained dog handlers and trained animals, we can secure a large area for you with relatively little personnel and reduce costs.

Patrol services

The patrol service consists of two B.P.S. employees who are deployed as a mobile intervention force. Their responsibilities range from maintaining order and intervention operations to checking emergency exits. This service poses a very high risk for our employees and is therefore only carried out by armed personnel (PR-24 / police multi-purpose baton).

Building and property protection

Due to recent events in the USA and other countries, the risk situation in Switzerland has also worsened significantly. Therefore, greater attention must be paid to building and property protection. As every company has individual security requirements, our employees are specially trained to meet your needs. Concierge services, access control, escorting and assisting your guests, alarm systems, patrols, evacuations, initial firefighting, first aid (for initial treatment), construction site security, and supervision of goods handling are just some of the services we offer.

Detective work

Our company obtains the information you need by conducting research in the areas of business and trade. We observe, investigate, and search for missing persons or property at home and abroad. Theft and embezzlement protection is essential in department stores today. To limit the amount of damage, we recommend that you integrate our detectives into your company as undercover investigators. We are happy to advise you on electronic security measures such as video surveillance, access control systems, and alarm systems.

Personal protection

In order to fulfill the delicate task of personal protection, we employ specially trained staff who are continuously educated and trained by internationally recognized instructors. The comprehensive security concept also includes the entire organization of the limousine service as well as any clarifications regarding hotels, driving routes, excursion destinations, special permits from authorities, etc.

Traffic services/parking services

The parking service ensures that roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and VIP parking spaces are cordoned off according to the plan. They direct traffic to the detour or the designated parking areas. To ensure that your guests do not experience any unpleasant surprises, we also provide parking attendants on request.

Cash courier services

If you want to eliminate the risk of transporting cash, you can hire us to provide cash courier services. As soon as the cash is handed over to a B.P.S. employee, the entire sum is insured for transport.
